A. Your bale order can take up to 7 working days to be delivered.

A. Delivery cost is R470 per bale up to 60kg. For bales over 60kg there is an additional charge of R7 per kg over the 60kgs.

A. No the standard bales are already packed when received from our international suppliers.

A. No exchanges. No refunds allowed. As we trade in secondhand goods.

A. We have winter season trading hours and summer season trading hours. These are different per store.

A. email sales@overcoats.co.za with order requirements. Stock availability will be confirmed. Invoice will be issued on confirmation of order, delivery arrangements and receipt of payment.

A. Bales have different weights dependent on the product. From 25kg up to 300kg.

A. There are different quantities of pieces per bale. It is dependent on the product type which has different sizes and made of different fabrics.
An example is 25kg UK mix may contain 30-35 pieces.

A. No – bales are prepacked and sold as is as per the wholesale price list.

A. No. Our bales come directly from the supplier as is. We do not open or create the bales ourselves. Stock sold in the store all comes from bales that have been opened and used fully.

A. No. The coats are all different. Military coats are available in bulk in the same style.

A. No. Bales will only be released once payment has been confirmed and cleared.

A. Once your order has been booked for delivery you will receive a tracking number via sms from our delivery partner BIGFOOT. There will be a link in the sms to track your delivery online on the BIGFOOT website. If you need help call the Overcoats administration office on 011 845 4769 with your tracking number.
